Post subject:  SKM question (im a noob)
Hi Folks,
I'm fairly new to SKM. Trying to run an arc flash calculation for a few new buses. The short circuit study seems to run ok and and there is plenty of SC current at the buses in question. When I run the arc flash study, no current is displayed for those buses, so the arc flash IE is 0. Any idea what might cause this? I checked to make sure that the buses weren't excluded from the calculation. I have attached a pic showing the

When you made sure you did not exclude them did you do that by double clicking on the bus then clicking on the "Equipment& Arc Flash" tab on the left of the component editor window?

And,

When you ran the Short Circuit Study did you select All Buses radio button under the Faulted Bus heading in Setup for whichever method you chose?

Lastly, You can call SKM support and they can take control of your PC if you let them and check things out for you. You might have to be on hold for a bit though.
