Each part of the Protective Device Coordination video series can also be ordered individually and includes a DVD, workbook and Continuing Education Credit.

Protective Device Coordination Video - Part 1 - $59.00

Part 1 introduces the concept of selective coordination, the data and analysis requirements, how to use time current curves, selecting a time current graph scale, and selecting settings of adjustable molded case circuit breakers.

You will learn how to determine the settings of adjustable molded case circuit breakers for optimal selectivity by creating time current curves. The video takes you through the steps required to construct time current curves.

Protective Device Coordination Video - Part 2 - $59.00

Part 2 shows you how to coordinate current limiting fuses, solid state circuit breakers and ground fault protection.

You will learn how to select circuit breaker settings to coordinate with fuses. See what the solid state breaker L,S,I,G settings are about and how to coordinate ground fault protection.

Protective Device Coordination Video - Part 3 - $59.00

Part 3 shows you how to protect transformers (based on ANSI C57), as well as fault protection using overcurrent relays. See how motor starting curves are used for motor protection.

You will learn how overcurrent relays operate as well as how to determine the amp tap, time dial and instantaneous settings. See how to use relay time current curves. This section utilized many examples and problems.
